C.S. Lewis Scholar Series

The C.S. Lewis Scholar Series is a series of talks given at the annual September C.S. Lewis Festival in Michigan featuring the finest and most respected authors, lectures, and scholars in the world on C.S. Lewis. (www.cslewisfestival.org)

The festival was the founded by Tom & Sarah Author and David Crouse after the premiere of David’s highly acclaimed Emmy nominated film on C.S. Lewis airing nationwide on PBS stations. (The Life and Faith of C.S. Lewis streaming on Amazon Prime or as a DVD.)

The series of podcasts as well as You Tube video interviews is hosted by David Crouse. Each episode is a stand alone talk based on a theme from that years C.S. Lewis Festival. The series has grown steadily in popularity and now numbers in the thousands of downloads. Each episode opens with David highlighting the speaker and theme. Enjoy!

2022 C.S. Lewis Festival Keynote Speaker: Ann Voskamp Best selling author and social media influencer Ann Voskamp is keynote speaker at this year’s C.S. Lewis Festival in Petoskey, Michigan the weekend of September 16th. This is our 20th year and the theme is Women and C.S. Lewis.

As part of the C.S. Lewis Scholar Series podcast, I had a powerful 30 minute interview with Ann discussing her newest book – the first in five years - WAYMAKER: Finding the way to the life you’ve always dreamed of. The interview also includes discussion of our mutual respect and love for C.S. Lewis.

Christianity Today named Ann as one of 50 women most shaping culture and the church today. Her blog site is one of the Top 10 Christian blogs on the web.

All four of her published books are New York Times Bestsellers Including: One Thousand Gifts: A Dare to Live Fully Right Where You Are.
